In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005) read with item No. 54 of Part II of Schedule `A' appended to the said Act, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to direct that in this Department Notification No. .EXN-F(5)8/2005, dated 21st June, 2005, published in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extraordinary), dated 21st June, 2005 in item 130, the words "Resin (crude pine gum)" shall be omitted.
