In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to Schedule-I & IV of the said Act.

2. The amendment hereby made shall come into force on and with effect from 1.5.2009. .

AMENDMENT

(1) In the said Act, in Schedule-I, after Serial No.59A, the following entry shall be added, namely:

"60. Nawar"

(2) In Schedule-IV, the entry 41 shall be omitted.
