In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that in notification SRO 81 dated 24.3.2008 for the figures "31.3.2009", the words till "further orders" shall be deemed to have been substituted w.e.f. 1.4.2009.
