In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. A-3-36/08/1/V(36) dated 27.12.08, namely:-

In the said notification for the figures and words "31st March, 2009", the figures and words "30th June, 2009" shall be substituted.
