In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 79 of Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government hereby makes the following amendment to Schedule I and Schedule IV of the said Act.

2. The amendment hereby made shall come into force with effect form 01-03-2009.

AMENDMENTS

In the said Act,

"(1) In Schedule – I, for the entry 3, the following entry shall be substituted namely:

"Aquatic feed, poultry feed and cattle feed including grass, hay and straw, feed supplements or nutrients and Soya Bean De-oiled Cake"

(2) In Schedule-IV, for the entry 87, the following shall be substituted namely:

"Oil cakes and De-oiled cakes other than Soya Bean De-oiled cake"
