In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act. 2005 (Act no. 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment of the Government of Bihar. Commercial Taxes Department Notification No. S.O.- 65 & 66 dt. 25.07.07:-

AMENDMENTS

1. From the present entries in col. (3) of serial No. 9, 10, 11& 12 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version), Geographical areas of Darbhanga Circle, Begusarai Circle, Madhubani Circle, Jhanjharpur Circle, Samastipur Circle and Teghra Circle is deleted and added in the present entries in col. (3) of serial No.5, 6, 7 & 8 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version).

This amendment will come into force with effect from the date of issue of this notification.
