In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this Department' Notification No. F.12(28)FD/Tax/2007- 142 dated 09.3.2007 namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the existing expression "This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st April, 2006 and shall remain in force upto 31.3.2009" the expression "This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st April, 2006" shall be substituted.
