In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962, the Government hereby direct that the private hotels hired by the Estates. Department for accommodation of Government employees (move-employees) for the summer season 2001 shall and shall always be deemed to have been exempted from payment of tax on catering charges from May 2001 to October 2001
