In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No.4 of 2003), I, B.N.Sharma, Commisioner Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department Notification No. F.16(375)/Tax/VAT/CCT/06/263 Dated 24th December, 2008 namely

In the said notification, the existing expression "up to January 31, 2009" shall be substituted by the expression "up to March 31, 2009".
