In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No.20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby notifies the 1st January, 2009 as the date on which the amendment made in part III of schedule II of the Act by this department's Notification No.FA-3-69/07/1/V(31) Dated 27th September, 2008, shall come into force.
