In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003, I, Mukesh Sharma, Commisioner Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby extend the date of submission of the second quarterly return (i.e., for the period ending September 30, 2008) for the year 2008-09, to be furnished by a dealer under sub-rule (1) of rule 19 or sub-rule 1 of Rule 19A of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, up to November, 30,2008.
