In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No.4 of 2003), I, Mukesh Sharma, Commisioner Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby extend the date of submission of annual return for the year 2007-08, to be furnished by a dealer under sub-rule (1) of rule 19 or sub-rule 1 of Rule 19A of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, up to March 31, 2009.
