MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the State Government considers that the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules 2006 should be made;

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No.20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006. Namely:-

Amendments

In the said rules, in the table of Rule 56,-

(i) against serial No.3, in column (3), after clause (iv), the following clause and entries relating thereto shall be inserted namely:-

"(v)

To verify correctness of return or returns

Assistant Commercial Tax Officer";

(ii) against serial No.5 in column (2) and (3), for the fighre and word '21 and 24", the figures and word "21, 24 and 55A" shall be substituted.
