THE RAJASTHAN VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2003 Notifications

Body NOTIFICATION No. F 12(33)FD/Tax/08-79 Dated 10th November, 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is necesssary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendment in schedule-II appended to the said Act; namely: -

AMENDMENT

In schedule-II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 29, the following new serial number 30 and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

"30 Oil companies that is M/s. Indian oil Corporation Ltd., M/s Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., M/s Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. And M/s Numaligarh Refinary Ltd.
