In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No.2 of 2005),the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. F-10/ 33 /2008/CT/V(27 ), Dated 31.3.2010:

AMENDMENT

In schedule to the said Notification, after S. No. 9 the following entry shall be added:

2. This notification shall take effect from the date of issue.
