In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Madhya Pradesh Vritti Kar Adhiniyam, 1995 (No. 16 of 1995), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Vritti Kar Niyam, 1995, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in form 7, form 8, form 15, for column (1) and entries relating thereto, the following column (1) and entries relating thereto, the following column and entries shall be substituted, namely:

"(1)

Does not exceed Rs.1,20,000

Exceeds Rs.1,20,000 but less than Rs.1,50,000

Rs.1,50,000 and above but less than Rs.1,80,000

Rs.1,80,000 and above"
