MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendments in schedule II of the said Act, namely :-

AMENDMENTS

In schedule II of the said Act, in part - II,-

(i) against serial number 5C, in column (2) for the words "particle board", the words "MDF Board, particle board, laminated sheet suchas sunmica" shall be substituted;

(ii) after serial number 38, the follwong serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

"39.

Gungharu, ghanta, ghadiyal, jhanjh, manjira, trishul, kamandal and idols of Godess-God

(iii) against serial number 59, in column (2), for the existing entry the following entry shall be susbtituted, namely:-

" Napa slabs (rough flooring stones), neemach stones, shahabad stones".
