In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the First Schedules appended to the said Act.

2. The amendment hereby made shall come into force on and from 1-9-2008.

AMENDMENTS

(i) In the said Act, in Schedule - I, for the Entry at Sl.No.26, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"26. Organic manures excluding deoiled -cakes"
