THE RAJASTHAN VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2003 Notifications

Body NOTIFICATION No. F 12(23)FD/Tax/08-71 Dated 9th September, 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-II appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, in Column (2) of S.No 22 for the existing expression "during the period 01.04.2006 to 15.01.2008 " shall be substituted by the expression "During the period 01.04.2002 to 15.01.2008".
