Body Notification No. 1352-F.T., Dated : 29th August, 2008.

In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendments in this department's notification No. 908-F.T., dated the 13th April, 2005, as subsequently amended (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) :-

Amendments

In the said notification, in the Table, in PART A after serial No. 2 in column (1), insert the following serial No. in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and column (3) respectively :-

"3. Rectified spirit and Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA).

Twenty".

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2005.
