Body NOTIFICATION No. F12(15)FD/Tax/2008-PT-55 Dated 27th August, 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-I appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule I appended to the said Act,

(i) the existing serial number 37 and entries thereto shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from 1.4.2006 by the following, namely:-

"37	Pappad, pappad khar, Bari and Mangori.

(ii) the existing serial number 53 and entries thereto shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from 1.4.2006 by the following, namely:-

"53	Kuttu, Kangani, Singhara, Rajgira including atta thereof, Sanwakhya and Sabudana
