In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the First and Fourth Schedules appended to the said Act.

2. The amendments shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 1-8-2008.

AMENDMENTS

(i) In the said Act in Schedule I, for entry 32, the following Entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"32. Coconut, Tender Green Coconut and Copra"

(ii) In Schedule IV, the Entry 75 shall be omitted.
