In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in this departments notification No. F-A-3-195-2005-1-V(25) dated 31.03.2006, namely :-

In the table of the notification, the serial numbers 5, 10 and 12, and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
