In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in the Table appended to Notification No. S.O. 24 dated 24th March, 2005 as amended by Notification NO. S.O 48 dated 11th June 2005 and Notification No. S.O. 49, dated the 4th May, 2006.

1. In the said Table, for serial number 5 and 6 and their corresponding entries in columns 2 and 3, the following entries shall be substituted :-
