In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in part-III of Schedule-II of the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

In column (3) against S. No. 1 and 2 for the figure "25" the figure "22" shall be substituted.

2. This amendment shall come into force with effect from 26th June, 2008.
