In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment with effect from the publication in official gazette in the notification No.F-10/33/2008/CT/V ( 27 ) dated 31-03-2008:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule to the said notification, in column (2) against S.No. 8 the words

"excluding manufactured by a dealer registered under the Trade Marks Act" shall be omitted.
