In exercise of the powers conferred in Section 23 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act 2005 (Jharkhand Act 05, 2006 and as amended by Jharkhand Act 21, 2006), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to amend the Schedule II: Part B of the said Act, in the following manner -

Amendment

1. The condition "taxable w.e.f. 01.04.2008" against serial no. 28, 54, 102 and 109 of the said Schedule, is being substituted by "taxable w.e.f. 01.04.2009".

2. The condition "taxable w.e.f. 01.04.2008" against serial no. 114 of the said Schedule,is being substituted by "taxable w.e.f. 01.04.2009".

The said notification shall be effective from 01.04.2008.
