Body NOTIFICATION No.F12(15)FD/Tax/2008-18- Dated 3rd June, 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-II appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule II appended to the said Act,

(i) the existing expression "during the period 01.04.2006 to 14.01.2008" in column number 2 of serial number 22 shall be substituted by the expression "01.04.2006 to 15.01.2008".

(ii) after the existing Serial Number 23 and and entries thereto, the following new Serial Numbers and entries thereto shall be added; namely:-

"24	Airlines which for the first time connect cities of the State having no air service
25	Registered flying clubs set up for training

This notificaiton shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 25.02.2008
