In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (2) of Section.8 of the Rajathan Value Added Tax Act, 2003, (Act No 4 of 2003) the State Government. being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-I appended to the said Act, namely:

Amendment.

In Schedule I appended to the said Act, in column No.2 against Item No.3, for the existing expression "supplement and husk of cereals and pulses, bran of wheat, concentrates and additives and de-oiled cake.", the expression "supplement and husk of cereals and pulses, concentrates and additives." shall be substituted.
