In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in part II of Schedule-II of the said act:-

AMENDMENT

In Column (2) of S. No.125 for the words Mehandi the words "Battery operated electric vehicle" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2008.
