In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in notification No. F-10/ 28 /2006/CT/V( 16 ), Dated 30-3-2006

AMENDMENT

In Schedule to the said notifciation after S. No.110 the following entry shall be added-

111. Coconut Powder

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2008.
