THE CHHATTISGARH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2005 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 2 of section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-I of the said act:-

AMENDMENT

After serial No. 57 the following entries shall be added:-

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2008.
