In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the First and Fourth Schedules appended to the said Act.

2. The amendment shall come into force on and from 1-4-2008.

AMENDMENT

(i) In the said Act in Schedule - I, for entry 32, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"Coconut and Tender Green coconut"

(ii) In Schedule - IV, the Entry 74 shall be omitted.
