(xxiA) "Fund" (Omitted w.e.f. 01-07-2017) means, the "Jharkhand Trade Development Fund"; as created by the State Government through a Notification published in the Official Gazette: for the purpose of development of trade, commerce and industry of the State, for such period(s) as may be specified in this behalf.
