In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to Schedule-II of the said Act.

The amendment hereby made shall come into force with immediate effect.

AMENDMENT

In the said Act, in Schedule-II, after entry at Sl.No.3, the following entry shall be added, namely:-

"3A. All goods sold to units, operator, Developer, Co-developer and Contractors engaged by them for use in processing area of the respective Special Economic Zone except the goods listed in rule 20(2) (a) of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Rules, 2005."
