In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule III, IV, V and VI appended to the said Act, namely: -

AMENDMENTS

All amendments made in Schedule III, IV, V and VI by notifications issued from 01.04.2006 to 31.03.2007, except the amendment made by notification No. F 12(63)/FD/Tax/2005-126 dated 08-02-2007 shall be deemed to have been made with effect from April 1, 2006.
