In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 79(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Sixth Schedule to the said Act.

AMENDMENT

In column No.4 of the table prescribing the rate of tax under Schedule VI of the APVAT Act, 2005 in respect of Aviation Turbine Fuel the figure 33% shall be substituted by the figure 4%, the rate of tax leviable.

This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
