In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16-A of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) read with Section 17 of the Madhya Pradesh Commercial Tax Act, 1994 (No. 5 of 1995) and section 10 of the Madhya Pradesh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par Kar Adhiniyam, 1976 (No. 52 of 1976), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. FA-3-50/02/1/V(32) dated 30-10-2007, namely.-

In the schedule to the said notification, in clause 1 of column (3), for the figures and word "30th November, 2007" the figures and word "15th December, 2007" shall be substituted.
