In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification No.F12(28)FD/Tax/2007/142 dated 9.3.2007, namely :-

Amendment

In the said notification, after the existing condition No.3 following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-

"Provided that the units of soap, bricks, kota-stone, marble and stone availing benefits of tax exemption up to 31-3-95, shall remain eligible to avail benefits of exemption from 1-4-06, subject to the above conditions."
