In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section(1) of section 18 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (W.Bengal XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this department notification No.908-F.T. Dated 13th April 2005. (hereinafter referred to as the said notification)-

Amendment

In the said notification, in the Table in part A -

(1) Omit the entries in column(2) and in column (3) against serial No.1 in column (1);

(2) Omit the entries in column (2) and in column (3) against serial No.2 in column (1).

2. In the notification, in paragraph 1,

(a) clause (1) shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of June, 2006 and

(b) clause (2) shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2007
