In exercise of the powers conferred by entry 54 of Part II of Schedule A, read with sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendments in this Department's Notification No. EXN-F(5)-8/2005, dated 21st June, 2005 published in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extraordinary) on 21-6-2005, (hereinafter referred to as the (said notification), namely:-

Amendments

In the said notification,-

(i) in item at Sl. No. 165, after the words, "unassembled condition", the words "and packing containers made of metals including tin" shall be added, and

(ii) after existing item at Sl. No. 225, the following items shall be added namely:-
