NOTIFICATION No. F-A-3-\95\05\1\V(28) Dated 17th August, 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (vi) of sub-section (6) of Section 14 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) the State Government, hereby, notifies the following goods for the purpose of the said clause, namely:-

(1)	Building materials and fixtures used in construction activities
(2)	All kinds of Cranes, earth movers, JCB; excavators, road rollers, concrete mixing machine - other than those used in/ for manufacture of mining of goods for sale
(3)	Office furniture and fixtures and fittings, and office equipments
(4)	Motor vehicles - other than those used in/for manufacture or mining of goods for sale
(5)	Air conditioners, Air conditioning plants or units - other than those used in/for manufacture of goods for sale.
