The sale of goods falling within the scope of section 3 and sub-sections (1), (3) and (5) of section 5 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (Central Act 74 of 1956.), the sale of goods to Special Economic Zone Unit as defined under and clause (zh) of section 2 of this Act shall be zero rated transactions as defined under clause (zr) of section 2;
