In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh VAT (Second Amendment) Act, 2006 (No. 22 of 2006), the State Government hereby appoints the 8th August, 2006 as the date on which the provsion of section 19(i)(b)relating to "Bulk Drugs" of the said Act shall come into force
