In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in Schedule IV appended to the said Act; namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule IV appended to the said Act:-

(i) the existing S.No. 131 and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following namely: -

"131

Sweetmeat Deshi (including Gajak & Revri), branded bhujiya made of pulses, and unbranded namkeens (including dried potato chips).

(ii) in Column No. 2 against S.No. 144, for the existing expression "Used cars", the expression "Used motor vehicles" shall be substituted;

(iii) the existing S.No. 152 and entries thereto shall be deleted;

(iv) in Column No. 2 against S.No. 153, the existing expression "silver vark," shall be deleted;

(v) the existing S.No. 160 and entries thereto shall be deleted; and

(vi) in part -B of the said Schedule, after the existing S.No. 271 and entries thereto, the following new S.Nos. and entries thereto, shall be added; namely:-

273	. C-9 (Known by whatever name)	4
274	. Wood glue.	4 "
