In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005(No.2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in Part-II of Schedule-IIof the said act:-

AMENDMENT

After Serial No.124 the following entries shall be added:-

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2007.
