The Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2004 Notifciation

Body Notification No. S.R.O. No. 398/2006, No. 28817-CTA-114/2005(pt-I)-F., Dated 1st July 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 102A of the Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Orissa Act 4 of 2005), the State Government do hereby make the following amendment to the Schedule 'B' to the said Act and direct that the said amendment shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 18th day of April, 2006, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule 'B' to the said Act, in PART II, after serial No. 75, the following new serial and entry against it shall be inserted, namely :-

"75A. Liquefied Petroleum Gas for domestic use".
