In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-IV appended to the said Act, namely:

In Part-B of Schedule IV appended to the said Act:

(i) for the existing entries in Column No. 2 against S.No. 221, the entries "Abrasives and emery stone" shall be substituted; and

(ii) after the existing S. No. 267 and entries thereto, the following new S.Nos. and entries thereto shall be added; namely:"
