In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-II appended to the said Act, namely:

1.In column No. 2 against S.No. 16, for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted; namely:"Registered dealers dealing in used motor vehicles."

2. After the existing S.No. 18 and entries thereto the following new S.Nos. and entries thereto shall be added: namely:
