In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-I appended to the said Act, namely:

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule I appended to the said Act.

(1) In column No. 2 against S.No.1, for the existing entry "29. Sprayer", the entry "29. Sprayer including their parts and accessories" shall be substituted.

(2) The existing S.No. 60A and entries thereto, shall be deleted.

(3) After the existing S.No. 77 and entries thereto the following new S.Nos. and entries thereto shall be added; namely:"
